Visiting and eating out in Kuching won't be perfect if you don't take the chance to try its must-have Sarawakian delicacies that is truly different from any other food of the same name in other states of Malaysia. Here in Kuching you will find the well-known original and perfect delicacies like the 'kolo mee', 'manok pansoh', and 'Sarawak laksa'.
'Manok Pansoh' is cooked whereby chicken pieces are stuffed into a bamboo together with other ingredients such as ginger, onion, tapioca leaves, mushrooms and cooked over an open fire. Through this method of cooking, the chicken pieces taste so good with the aromatic flavour from the bamboo.
